Return Process

  Contact our support team at support@folliclebooster.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box to avoid processing delays.

  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; we recommend keeping your receipt until the return is fully processed.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
